Salary Range: $150,000-$175,000  ***This is an estimated salary range. Compensation will be commensurate with experience***

Functional Description: 

• Provides technical expertise to analyze complex technical data, identify problems, and develop solutions. 
• Responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining technical documentation to include system design documents, test plans, evaluation reports, risk identification and mitigation, and QA. 
• Stays current with emerging technologies and Industry trends in order to apply this knowledge to system and process improvements. 
• Responsible for communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including project managers, customers, and other stakeholders. 
• Provides expert guidance to junior engineers and other staff, ensuring the effective application of advanced analytical techniques and methodologies.  

Required Experience: 

At least 10 years of combined experience described in the functional description, with at least three of those years working with Precision Approach Landing Systems (PALS) and/or Navy/United States Marine Corps Tactical equipment.  

Education Requirements: 

• MA/MS degree from an accredited college

Or

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college plus four years of additional relevant experience
