Position Summary
Designs and maintains systems to gather technical and business requirements that directly support Medicare Stars performance and improvement initiatives. Drives the delivery of key milestones that enable organizational growth, optimize opportunity areas, and enhance the Stars-aligned product portfolio. Leads cross-functional project teams to implement data and insights strategies that improve quality measures, member experience, and operational efficiency. Develops and analyzes business cases for new initiatives that support Stars goals, including those related to HEDIS, CAHPS, and operational metrics, ensuring alignment with CMS expectations and internal performance targets.
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience working with Medicare data, preferably Medicare Stars data, with exposure to different data environments and types of reporting.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
Exposure to SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data analysis and pipeline development.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HEDIS, CAHPS, outreach campaigns and/or other quality performance measures.
EducationA bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is required

The typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
