About This Role:
Join Crusoe’s Finance team, playing a key role in supporting our dynamic, growing digital infrastructure business unit. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement, with a specific focus on AI-driven data center infrastructure. This role will also provide crucial support on the Digital Infrastructure deal side. We're seeking a results-driven professional with 3+ years of experience in finance, with experience in real estate or infrastructure development projects and strong financial modeling skills. This is a full-time position.
What You’ll Be Working On:
Financial Modeling and Analysis: Create and maintain short and long-term data center project models, including functionalities of project finance and equity joint venture modeling. Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario analysis to support financial decisions, from deal structuring, capital budgeting, liquidity planning to profitability analysis.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and stakeholders across construction, data center operations & strategy, project controls, and accounting to create capital budgets for data center projects. Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring timely tracking, performance analysis, and communications.
Project Finance & Due Diligence: Create and maintain the relevant models for debt and equity partners and support the due diligence process for transactions.
Executive Reporting: Create and support the broader Finance team in delivering monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates.
Capital Raise Support & Ad hoc Analysis: Support the strategic finance team with the creation of models, presentations, and diligence materials for fundraising events.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Experience & Education: 3-4 years of finance experience across real estate, industrial, energy, or infrastructure, with 2+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or private equity. Bachelor's Degree is required.
Financial Expertise: Advanced skills in financial modeling & analyses, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analyses, and calculating return metrics such as IRR and MOIC.
Deal Support: Proven experience in supporting complex financial deals.
Process Improvement: Proven ability to drive process enhancements and improve reporting accuracy.
Work Ethic: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high-quality output under pressure.
Personal Attributes: Self-driven, proactive, and committed to excellence. High degree of professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Compensation:
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $99,000 - $120,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
