Seasonal Health Coach
Cottingham and Butler’s Health and Wellness division is seeking a Seasonal Health Coach to join their telephonic health coaching team. This role focuses on helping individuals set and achieve wellness goals through phone and e-coaching interventions, driving positive lifestyle changes related to fitness, nutrition, stress, and health management.
Skills
- Strong communication and motivational coaching skills.
- Ability to guide behavior change and lifestyle improvements.
- Familiarity with health risk assessments and wellness program methodologies.
- Comfortable with telephonic and digital coaching platforms.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and e-coaching support to participants based on Health Risk Assessment results.
- Help individuals set personal wellness goals and establish strategies for achieving them.
- Drive positive behavior change in areas such as fitness, nutrition, weight, and stress management.
- Review participant reports to tailor coaching sessions effectively.
- Support participants in managing health and lifestyle challenges.
Education
- Relevant certification or education in health coaching, wellness, nursing, or related fields preferred.
