Skills
- Active RN licensure in the State of Iowa
- Minimum 2 years of clinical practice experience
- Case management or utilization review experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient computer and EHR/documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic case management and utilization review for assigned consumers
- Assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, payors, and internal teams
- Serve as liaison between consumers and benefit administrators, ensuring clear communication
- Track and report case outcomes, including cost savings and quality improvements
- Document care activities and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Promote cost-effective treatment and quality improvement initiatives
Education
- Active RN licensure in the State of Iowa (required)
- BSN or higher preferred
