Director of Procurement
Coretelligent is a managed IT services provider focused on cybersecurity, private cloud, IT strategy, and disaster recovery for regulated industries. The Director of Procurement will lead a small procurement operations team to optimize sourcing, vendor relationships, and procurement systems while aligning purchasing with company financial and delivery goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Procurement Operations team, establishing performance goals and accountability.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle: sourcing, purchasing, fulfillment, reconciliation, and asset tracking.
- Drive process improvement and automation in procurement systems (ServiceNow) to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and asset lifecycle visibility.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, maintain pricing consistency, and identify consolidation opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report procurement performance metrics to inform operational improvements and executive decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management to align purchasing with delivery timelines.
- Serve as escalation point for complex procurement issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Support special initiatives and cross-functional projects that improve scalability, cost control, and service delivery alignment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant procurement or supply-chain certifications preferred (e.g., CPSM, CPPM)
- Experience in technology or managed services environments preferred
