Skills
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON
- Proficient with HTML, CSS and JavaScript; experience with JavaScript tag implementation
- Experience with PHP or another server-side language
- Comfortable using browser developer tools for debugging
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL differences and data modeling
- Strong client-facing and project management skills
- Experience enabling dynamic scripting and integration design for marketing use cases
Responsibilities
- Act as Cordial subject matter expert and consult directly with clients on platform capabilities and best practices
- Lead implementations of Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into client marketing stacks
- Design data models and integration patterns to align client systems with Cordial’s object model
- Enable and implement dynamic scripting for email, SMS, and push and support machine learning use cases
- Identify patterns and propose repeatable solutions, processes, and documentation
- Manage project timelines, internal stakeholders, and client expectations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Client Success, Strategy, Support, Sales, and Engineering
- Document all project work, decisions, and runbooks; handle incidents and escalations professionally
Education
- BS in Computer Science or a closely related field (required)
- Minimum 7 years of professional services or implementation experience
