Skills

- Power BI data modeling and dashboard development expertise.
- Knowledge of data governance tools like Microsoft Purview or Unity Catalog.
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
- Implement medallion architecture to enhance data lifecycle and quality.
- Support sunsetting legacy SQL and SSRS infrastructure ensuring smooth transition.
- Develop data notebooks for transformation using Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Deliver curated datasets and analytics models for Power BI dashboards.
- Create dimensional and real-time data models for analytics use cases.
- Collaborate with data stakeholders to deliver targeted data assets.
- Enforce data governance policies including row-level security and data masking.
- Maintain monitoring, logging, and CI/CD automation via Azure DevOps.
- Support data migration and minimize disruption during cutover events.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
