Responsibilities
- Act as lead financial business partner for assigned client(s), advising on budgeting, reporting, commercial modeling, and profitability
- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting cycles, and financial modeling in coordination with account and production leads
- Own month-end close activities, journal entries for revenue, and ensure audit compliance
- Prepare and present financial reports and variance analysis to SVP Finance, client partnership and production teams
- Manage client billing, invoice volume, reconciliations, and accounts receivable follow-up
- Coordinate with client procurement and fulfill client portal/submission requirements and PO management
- Develop and implement finance process improvements, tools, templates, and training for the client finance team
- Monitor project budgets, utilization, revenue and profitability; support new business budgeting and forecasting
Education
- BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field preferred
