Responsibilities
- Research, qualify, and prioritize foundation, corporate, and government funding opportunities
- Write, edit, and submit high-quality LOIs, full proposals, and grant reports aligned with funder guidelines
- Maintain and manage grant calendars, deadlines, and internal submission processes
- Synthesize program and employment outcomes data into clear narratives and measurable impact statements
- Develop budgets and financial narratives in partnership with finance and program teams
- Prepare pitch decks and assets to support major gift and foundation solicitations
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with funder regulations and grant requirements
- Manage grant records and accuracy of pending/awarded/declined grants within HubSpot
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Programs, Finance, Growth, and external consultants
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; English or Communications highly preferred
- Relevant coursework or equivalent experience in fundraising, nonprofit management, or related fields
