Skills
- 7+ years hands-on experience with React/Next and Node
- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
- Proficient in writing optimized Typescript code
- Regular use of unit test frameworks like Jest
- Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud services
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Experience with dev tools such as Github, Jira, CloudFormation, Terraform
- Database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift, MongoDB or Redis
- Knowledge of cloud-based logging, monitoring, and security tools
Responsibilities
- Guide engineers on enterprise technologies and solutions
- Lead client project scope discussions, articulating business impacts
- Leverage new and emerging technologies to meet project requirements
- Map project requirements to technical tasks for the engineering team
- Write and review software code with best practices
- Create client-readable technical architecture documentation
- Enforce development best practices such as code reviews and unit tests
- Lead all phases of software development including design, testing, and support
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
