3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Experience Needed/Responsibilities:
-Create, update, and optimize product listings
-Apply best practices for alt text and accessibility
-Implement basic on page SEO for products and collections
-Set up and maintain Google Merchant Center feed
-Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search + shopping)
-Provide regular performance reporting and recommendations
-Keyword optimization for product pages
-Assist with metadata, titles, and descriptions for SEO
-Assist with creation and scheduling of content calendars for Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
-Light engagement support (tagging, updating links, etc.)
-Support volume gifting projects (tracking details, updating Asana, coordinating timelines)
-Photo file renaming and organization projects
Good to have:
-Basic knowledge of Canva (for resizing or light editing graphics)
-Familiarity with Klaviyo (email marketing platform)
-Basic exposure to Figma (for reviewing design files)
Non-negotiable Requirements:
-Proficient in Google Workspace and Asana
-Strong experience with Shopify (product listings, SEO, alt text)
-Skilled in SEO/AIO fundamentals
-Hands on experience with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads
-Familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn for business
-A proactive, detail oriented professional who can balance marketing performance (Google Ads/SEO) with operational consistency (Shopify/Asana)
-Someone who can work independently in a fast paced, small-team environment while keeping an eye on deadlines and priorities
-Clear communication skills and comfort collaborating remotely
