Tech is cutting-edge and teammates are super smart. But upper management is almost non‑existent and direction changes way too fast. Workload felt extreme and bonus program is basically a myth.

remote setup is great and salary is actually above what peers get in Sao Paulo. mgmt is chaotic though, planning is weak, and they expect late-night availability without extra pay.

This place has big upside if you're hungry to grow fast. Learning tons since day one and you deploy to millions daily

People are friendly and collaboration is real. Still, structure is lacking and senior team rarely shares roadmap
