Responsibilities
- Manage RWE project portfolio in Wrike from intake through close-out, ensuring accurate and current project data.
- Monitor portfolio documentation for accuracy and completeness; generate monthly and ad hoc leadership reports.
- Act as a Wrike ambassador: train users, provide expert guidance, and support effective use of the platform.
- Identify and champion process improvement opportunities to enhance portfolio management efficiency and adoption.
- Manage the Methods Review Board (MRB) process: initiate reviews, coordinate timelines, track documentation, and archive records.
- Ensure RRAMS compliance by tracking project entries, monitoring adherence, and supporting business compliance for MRB projects.
- Support development, revision, and delivery of SOPs, procedural training, and documentation.
- Coordinate team meetings and events (including face-to-face meetings and Lunch & Learns) and provide administrative support as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or equivalent training is advantageous.
