About the role:

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction of a small sub-team within the TET, working on major initiatives to modernise our trading platform.

This role is all about designing and delivering technical solutions that meet today’s business needs while preparing us for tomorrow. You’ll collaborate closely with TET management, external stakeholders, and colleagues across IT to ensure we deliver timely, high-quality, and scalable improvements.

• Leading the technical design and delivery of platform modernisation initiatives
• Working directly with the code base of the current trading platform
• Driving efficiency through smart design patterns and up-to-date practices
• Running regular show & tell sessions to share progress and insights
• Actively engaging with other IT initiatives that push our platform forward

Physical Demands 

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and climbing.  The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
