Founding Demand Generation Leader

Role Summary

Ciroos has built an AI SRE Teammate, a multi-agent platform that reduces toil, accelerates root-cause analysis, and scales reliability engineering across modern enterprises. We're seeking an experienced demand generation expert who will serve as Founding Demand Generation Leader to build and own our full-funnel growth engine from the ground up. To date, we have organically grown demand with strong inbound interest and targeted outbound reach driven by the founding team’s pedigree. Now, it is time to bring your demand generation expertise to both build awareness and create demand for thousands of enterprises in need of an AI SRE Teammate!

This role is responsible for architecting, executing, and optimizing all programs that generate qualified pipeline for enterprise Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, DevOps, IT Operations, and Production Engineering buying centers. You will partner directly with the founders, sales, marketing and product to shape our growth trajectory in a category that is exploding as enterprises confront escalating operational complexity and reliability risks. This is a builder role: zero legacy systems, high autonomy, and direct influence over Ciroos’ brand, narrative, and market activation.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end demand generation engine: build, test, and scale integrated campaigns across paid channels, organic, webinars, search, events, partners, and communities.

  • Establish core funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opp → Win), own weekly, monthly and quarterly pipeline targets and build scalable, repeatable motions with measurable ROI.

  • Implement marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture streams. Partner with sales to define qualification criteria, handoff processes, and opportunity creation thresholds.

  • Orchestrate pipeline acceleration and conversion for sales—including multi-threading and persona-specific nurture flows.

  • Design programs that activate Ciroos’ primary personas. Build intent-based and account-based workflows for large enterprises.

  • Partner with founders and product to translate Ciroos’ technical differentiation into compelling campaigns.

  • Produce/partner to develop high-quality demand assets: landing pages, battle cards, webinars, whitepapers, workshop content, ROI calculators, and nurture sequences.

  • Build multi-touch programs combining paid, email, retargeting, and targeted ABM.

  • Drive webinar and virtual event strategy.

  • Design and run structured growth experiments (creative, channels, positioning).

  • Implement analytics across HubSpot, LinkedIn, Webflow, and events to drive attribution clarity.

  • Collaborate with product to refine differentiated narratives grounded in real customer outcomes, do market signal analysis, buyer objections, and provide win/loss insights.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of demand generation experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, ideally DevOps, observability, infrastructure, or AI/ML.

  • Proven success building pipeline engines from scratch at early-stage startups.

  • Strong command of paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ABM, email workflows, and analytics.

  • Experience targeting deeply technical or engineering buyers; comfort translating technical concepts into compelling messaging.

  • Highly data-driven, capable of setting and owning pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Hands-on operator comfortable managing end-to-end programs solo before building a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose complex problems systematically.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

  • Intimately familiar with Generative AI and new-generation marketing tools. You must be actively using AI tools to drive your own personal productivity.

  • Intrinsically curious and willingness to thrive in ambiguity.
