Responsibilities
- Partner with local teams to identify operational pain points and business challenges
- Design and implement AI-assisted solutions using Claude and other AI platforms
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications for custom AI applications
- Build and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI agents for agency operations
- Build enterprise web applications using modern web frameworks
- Design and develop APIs for seamless system integrations
- Write comprehensive Claude Project instruction sets to optimize agency processes
- Create scalable, secure AI solutions integrated with existing systems
- Continuously improve AI-assisted workflows by gathering data and stakeholder feedback
- Contribute to multi-year AI technology strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop new AI-powered products and services
- Stay current with AI vendor offerings and optimize their utilization
- Ensure knowledge transfer and training for widespread adoption of AI technologies
- Document solutions and best practices for knowledge sharing
- Mentor team members on AI implementation, safety, and governance
