Skills
- Experience designing and deploying AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automation at scale
- Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks, multi-agent systems, and model configuration platforms (MCPs)
- Developer enablement and platform experience for prototyping and deploying internal tools
- Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript and experience with API integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise AI providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) and secure integration patterns
- Working knowledge of Slack, Google Workspace, and Atlassian administration and automation
- Strong cross-functional communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch AI-powered tools, agents, and internal workflows to improve collaboration and decision-making
- Manage AI development environments, orchestration tools, and internal platforms for prototyping and deployment
- Partner with stakeholders to design secure AI workflows, including code assistants, API routing, and GCP integrations
- Integrate internal and external systems into secure, auditable toolchains
- Extend and automate core collaboration platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Atlassian) using scripts and workflow tools
- Maintain shared systems for search and cross-platform discovery to reduce workflow fragmentation
- Provide administration, scaling, and operational support for collaboration platforms with emphasis on autonomy and reduced overhead
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
- Demonstrable portfolio or experience with AI tooling and automation projects if formal degree is not present
