Skills
- Current RBT certification (BACB) and willingness to maintain certification
- Accurate data collection and digital/mobile data entry skills
- Ability to implement behavior protocols and follow detailed instructions
- Basic CPR and First Aid willingness to obtain
- Strong written and verbal communication and cultural competency
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, get down on the floor, and move quickly when needed
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy using skill acquisition and natural environment teaching
- Implement behavior reduction and teaching protocols as written by BCBA/BC
- Collect, record, and summarize observable client behavior data accurately and on time
- Assist with parent/caregiver training under BCBA/BC guidance
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation and incident reporting
- Prepare therapy materials and assist BCBA/BC with assessments and programming
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
Education
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and annual TB test
