Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one or small-group ABA therapy to children with autism following prescribed protocols
- Implement teaching trials and natural environment training to build target skills
- Collect and document data on client responses and progress during sessions
- Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols; manage challenging or potentially aggressive behaviors when they occur
- Attend required trainings, supervision, and team meetings; follow clinical direction from supervisors
- Travel to client homes or Centria centers within a 20–30 minute commute area
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Willingness to complete required certifications (CPR, First Aid) and onboarding trainings
