Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the DAM platform (Frontify), ensuring accurate labeling, tagging, categorization, and secure storage. Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access levels and security across the DAM platform 

• Provide training and ongoing support to users, enhancing ease of access and use across internal teams 

• Regularly audit the DAM to ensure assets are current, accurate, and compliant with brand standards 

• Verify assets' metadata for searchability, accessibility, and adherence to naming conventions 

• Collaborate with the Manager–Systems Operations to develop, document, and implement efficient SOPs for digital asset management and other operational processes 

• Maintain clear, accessible documentation and user guides for the DAM system 

• Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders to understand asset management needs and continuously refine DAM processes 

• Support team members in troubleshooting DAM-related issues, proactively identifying and solving operational gaps 

• Generate regular reports on DAM usage, asset lifecycle, and system performance to drive continuous improvement 

• Expert knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems (experience with Frontify highly preferred) 
• Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and digital asset lifecycle management 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail 

• Strong communication skills, able to effectively train, support, and engage users at varying technical levels 

• Proficient in developing clear, actionable documentation and SOPs 

• Adaptable and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment 

• Familiarity with enterprise-level cloud storage platforms such as Box.com (preferred) or Dropbox

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.  This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
