Crazy smart coworkers and some cool IPs, but leadership flips direction mid‑project with zero warning.

Expect long nights and weekend testing cycles. Managers are mostly MIA until a fire breaks out. Performance reviews feel arbitrary and vague.

it's not all doom. benefits and perks for local hires are solid... for Warsaw at least.
