Responsibilities
- Assume managerial duties in absence of Store Manager/Associate Store Manager including opening/closing and facilities upkeep
- Lead, coach, and advise associate team on the sales floor with a goal-driven approach
- Maintain and enforce visual brand standards and product/promotion schedules
- Train and ensure team product and systems expertise
- Oversee inventory management, assist with cycle counts and replenishment
- Support implementation of corporate initiatives and improve store operations
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement
- Ensure safe working conditions and assist with facilities maintenance
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College coursework or degree in business/related field preferred but not required
