This is the U.S. application for the Summer 2026 Internship Program. This program is a full-time, in-person opportunity. The application is intended for current university students with graduation dates between December 2026 – June 2027. Please only submit this application once per cycle.

Locations and Departments:
Please indicate your top two location preferences. Once selected, choose which departments are of top interest based on availability for that location. Note that internship locations and departments for internships vary each session and are contingent upon business needs. You may also select the same location for both your first and second location preferences.
About our Internship:
CAA’s world class internship is an educational, hands-on and project-based experience. Interns will have the opportunity to network with agents and industry executives, develop personally and professionally through our in-house professional development courses and hear from Agents/Executives across the agency during our Speaker Series. The Summer 2026 Internship Program is an in-person, full-time opportunity from June 15th to August 7th. Overtime will not be permitted. All internships are paid employment opportunities. Interns are responsible for their own transportation and housing.

Do you have experience working with talent? Our Agents in these groups work with world-class clients across departments, ranging from traditional Motion Pictures and Television to Sports and Video Games. We represent individuals on-screen, on-field, on-air, and on-stage!
Our Literary groups represent writers, authors, directors and producers who are behind some of the most successful books, films, and TV shows. If you have experience in development or reading scripts, these groups might be of interest!
Do you have experience in marketing within the sports and entertainment industries? We have many groups that focus specifically on the marketing of our clients - both individuals and brands.
Have a passion for graphic design? These groups work to create graphics to support our clients. Candidates interested in these groups must submit a portfolio to be considered.
Have a natural aptitude toward storytelling through data? Our data team provides advanced data solutions and strategic analysis to enhance the creation of opportunities for world-class clients across Film, TV, Music, Sports, Digital Media, and beyond.
CAA Sports represents more than 3,000 of the world's best athletes, coaches, on-air broadcasters, and sports personalities. CAA Sports also works in the areas of broadcast rights, corporate marketing initiatives, licensing, hospitality, and sports properties for sales/sponsorships.
Have experience and a passion for planning live music, comedy shows, or events? The below groups work to help schedule tours for our clients in music, comedy, and speakers.

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $7.25 - $17.87. Ultimately, hourly rates for interns are determined by geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
