Bully Pulpit International is an outcomes agency made up of strategists, data scientists, and artists. We come from politics, brands, and government and we communicate without barriers and measure what matters. We have more than 350 team members in six countries and thirteen offices — Berlin, Brussels, Chicago, D.C., London, Los Angeles, New York, Oslo, San Francisco, and Zürich. We apply our unique expertise across strategic communications, public affairs, research, and digital marketing to create sophisticated and customized strategies that make change possible for both American and European clients.
The Impact You Will Make
As the Engineering Manager, you’ll lead our Labs engineering team, building the software that powers BPI campaigns across advertising, strategic communications, and research. Our tools and products make it possible for companies and organizations to understand the audiences that are most important to them, identify the most effective message to persuade them, reach them wherever they are (from their TVs to their newsfeed to the billboard by their house), and measure what’s actually shaping peoples’ views. You’ll steer the team that designs and scales these systems, from data pipelines to full-stack web apps, used every day by analysts, strategists, and creatives across the organization. This role is part builder, part mentor, part systems thinker. You’ll shape how our products evolve and how our engineering team grows into a stronger, more unified, and higher-velocity organization.
