Management is approachable and open to feedback. You just need patience for things to actually change.

Been here almost 2 yrs and honestly, it’s been pretty good. My boss actually listens, which is rare. Pay bumps are a lil slow but I can live with it.

Started off okay but went downhill fast. Feels like management’s just making it up as they go.

sometimes I love my team, sometimes the drama is exhausting. very mood-dependent workplace.
