- Licensed RN in Michigan (required)
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred or must be obtained within 8 years
- BLS Certification (required before completing orientation)
- Additional certifications may be required based on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
