remote work policy is flexible, which i appreciate. downside is that communication sometimes falls apart and things get lost in email threads.

HR is responsive, but the promotion process feels kinda opaque.

The benefits are technically there, but the hoops you have to jump through to actually use them…

Work-life balance is pretty decent. I can log off at a normal time most days. Would like to see more career progression paths laid out, especially for mid-level staff.
