Boss would send emails at 11pm and expect a reply before bed. 🥴 Boundaries? Never heard of ‘em.

pay is decent, benefits are okay, workload can be heavy. it’s a mixed bag really.

they don’t just say they care about employees, they prove it with actions, perks, and how they treat you when life throws curveballs.

I feel trusted to do my job without micromanagement, which is huge. Processes can get bogged down, though.
