The team is highly collaborative and we iterate on projects and ideas together all the time. The individuals on the team are experienced and eager to help me when I get stuck or have questions. Work life balance has been great. I never feel pressured to work extra hours and the whole team regularly takes breaks. The team is rather small and you get a lot of ownership over the things you decide to work on.Cons
Because the team is small and we oftentimes where many hats, sometimes I find myself context switching a lot more then I would prefer. Wearing many hats also means I don't always get to do what I want, because we usually prioritize what's more important for others on the team. The team operates rather autonomously, meaning we pick our own tasks and deliverables, and for me it works well, but I can see how some people might not like it
