We are looking for a Sr Principal, AI Architect to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the CTO and based in San Jose CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement physics based AI tools for design, development and deployment of Bloom technology
• Design and deploy AI driven Diagnostic Intelligence across Bloom’s installed fleet
• Develop for AI driven fleet Optimization models to improve product life and efficiencies
• Design scalable AI/ML systems for predictive analytics, energy optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: PHD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years in AI/ML development and architecture roles.
  • Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial IoT preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
