"Can you describe a challenge you've faced at work and how you dealt with it?"

Use the STAR method to structure your answer, focusing on a specific Situation, the Task at hand, the Actions you took, and the Results of your actions. Choose a scenario that highlights your problem-solving skills and resilience.

"Where do you see yourself in five years?"

Discuss your career aspirations in a way that aligns with the company's trajectory. Show that you're ambitious but also committed to contributing to the company's long-term success.

"Why should we hire you?"

Highlight your unique qualifications, experiences, and skills that make you an ideal fit for the position. Emphasize how you can contribute to the company's goals and address specific challenges they're facing.

"How do you handle stress and pressure?"

Provide examples of stress management techniques you use, such as prioritization, delegation, or taking breaks. Highlight a situation where these strategies helped you maintain productivity and focus under pressure.

"Do you have any questions for us?"

Always have a few questions prepared to show your interest in the role and company. Ask about team dynamics, company culture, or the challenges and opportunities the department is facing.
