Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, libraries, and backend services.
- Own features from design through deployment and customer integration, focusing on scalability and robustness.
- Document and expose functionality for internal tooling, third-party developers, and the UI.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and ship features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; participate in code reviews.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Continuously research and adopt technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices and process improvements.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Preferably from a top-tier university (as stated)
