Our client is seeking high-performing Commercial Real Estate Brokers focused on multifamily (100+ units) and industrial assets in the $5M–$50M range. What You'll Do
  • Originate and close investment sales opportunities in multifamily and industrial asset classes
  • Build and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and market coverage
  • Deliver compelling pitches, valuations, and financial insights to owners and investors
  • Drive each deal from initial contact through negotiation and closing
  • Establish a dominant presence in your market and support new office growth
