About Beyond 12

Beyond 12 is a national technology-driven nonprofit committed to ensuring all students — regardless of background — have the support they need to graduate from college and build meaningful careers. Since 2010, we’ve partnered with high schools and colleges to provide students with virtual 1:1 coaching and access to our tech-enabled college success platform.

About the Position

Are you a recent college graduate who is passionate about lifting other students as you climb your own ladders of success? You could inspire the next generation by becoming a college coach.

You will use your academic and personal experiences, as well as Beyond 12's coaching curriculum, to help your students set goals, create education plans and budgets, and manage their time effectively so they can be successful in and out of the classroom. Along the way, you will also collect and track data about your students' progress to serve them most effectively. As a college coach, you will help our organization better understand college persistence and graduation trends.
