Responsibilities
- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Float and provide clinical coverage across two or more designated Alpharetta clinics
- Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the clinic EHR
- Collaborate with clinical teams, referral sources and support staff to coordinate care
- Participate in mentorship, residency, or continuing education opportunities as available
- Engage in community outreach and uphold company standards for customer service and clinical excellence
- Maintain state licensure, certifications, and compliance with clinic policies
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT)
- Current or pending state physical therapy licensure
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
