- 3+ years building production software, ideally in full-stack teams
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks and building UI integrations
- Backend service design and API development experience
- Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth/SAML)
- Strong testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices
- Product-minded approach with attention to customer and business impact
- Experience working on enterprise SaaS, security, or compliance-focused systems
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain core platform features including Identity, Permissions, Notifications, and Configurability.
- Work across the full stack — front-end UI components through backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to convert ideas into high-quality, user-focused features.
- Prioritize security, compliance, and enterprise readiness while shipping at a high velocity.
- Improve engineering practices, tools, and processes; participate in hiring and mentorship.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Continued learning mindset and demonstrated ability to ramp into new domains
