- Drive product discovery and execution for Developer Productivity initiatives
- Partner with engineers and tech leads to identify pain points in development workflows
- Prioritize improvements that enhance developer experience and accelerate delivery
- Define product requirements and success metrics and collaborate with engineering for execution
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination on tooling and standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback, impact measurement, and iteration
