Been here a year in IT. Learned a lot, but also feel like I’m always putting out fires that shouldn’t even happen in the first place.

Management says we’re a family but acts like you’re replaceable. Hard to stay motivated.

some coworkers are great, but the constant understaffing makes every day a grind.

joined in marketing last year. I’ve learned a ton, met some awesome ppl, and even got promoted. just wish IT would respond faster.
