About This Role
As a foundational member of our product team, you will work with our engineering team and
As a foundational member of our Product team, you’ll work closely with engineering and report directly to the Head of Product. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of data, systems, and business impact. You’ll drive the strategy and execution of our data platform and analytics capabilities, partnering with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure that data is not only collected but actionable.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical foundation (data engineering, analytics, or software development) and a product mindset — equally comfortable diving deep into SQL queries or Python scripts and translating business needs into scalable, elegant solutions.
What You’ll Do
Data analysis: Serve as the analytical engine for the entire company. You’ll analyze diverse datasets spanning marketing, finance, and clinical outcomes to uncover insights that inform our core business and product strategy. We use open-source visualization tools (e.g., Evidence, Observable Framework).
Product execution: Translate user needs and strategic goals into clear, well-defined specs that help our engineers build with clarity and speed.
Workflow automation: Identify bottlenecks in our operations and build our internal operating system. You’ll be expected to write scripts and build force-multiplying internal tools that supercharge the entire team’s productivity.
User enablement: Be the champion of our apps, tools and workflows, writing clear documentation and recording quick video tutorials that empower our patients and your teammates.
What We're Looking For
3-6+ years of experience in a deeply technical or analytic role, ideally with experience in product management
Strong technical fluency in databases, cloud platforms, and data engineering (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, Databricks, GCP, or similar)
Hands-on ability to understand or prototype in Python or another scripting language
Entrepreneurial and resourceful — comfortable wearing multiple hats, adapting quickly as priorities evolve, and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment
Deeply data-driven and AI-curious — you look for ways to apply modern tools to solve real business problems
Collaborative, low-ego, and user-focused — you care about impact, not credit.
Proven ability to streamline processes, reduce tech debt, and deliver measurable efficiency gains
Strong analytical and communication skills — able to turn data insights into business action
Familiarity with database products (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Elasticsearch) - DBaaS platforms preferred
Experience working in a seed stage startup environment preferred
Experience in SaaS, healthtech, or other regulated environments preferred
Strong data visualization or BI tool experience (Metabase, Looker, etc.) preferred
What Makes This Job Amazing
Mission-Driven Work: Help patients take the first step toward a healthier life through cutting-edge, non-surgical care.
Tech + Product Hybrid: Work at the intersection of engineering and business strategy.
Compensation with Impact: Competitive base salary plus commission and equity in a high-growth startup.
Hybrid Flexibility: Work three days a week from our Market Street office and two days remotely.
Close-Knit Team: Join a lean, collaborative team where your decisions and code make an immediate difference. Collaborate with clinicians, marketing, and operations to create a seamless patient journey from first touch to post-procedure care.
Startup Growth: Be at the ground floor of building the most effective weight loss sales funnel in healthcare.
Total Rewards
Competitive salary with equity in a high growth, seed-stage startup
Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
11 paid holidays, 15 personal vacation days, 10 wellness days
Hybrid work, 3 days in-office 2 days remote
