As an Information Operations (IO) Lead, you will act as a direct advisor for defense clients to help shape the IO vision for a service, institutionalize processes and policies, and operationalize IO across the force. You will work across multiple DoD organizations to analyze and implement policies and solutions that enhance the service's information operations capabilities. In addition to your technical knowledge, you will bring your strategic acumen to identify and address gaps, challenges, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to program leadership to transform IO.

You Have:  

• 10+ years of experience supporting DoD IO, PSYOPS, MISO, Operations Security (OPSEC), or Deception Activities programs
• 10+ years of experience in the integration of IO and IRC into CCMD planning and operations
• 10+ years of experience with IO at the service or joint level, working on projects that performed operations in CCMD AOIs
• 2+ years of experience leading various teams such as CTR, MIL, or CIV teams, conducting executive-level communications, and designing and executing IO and IRC elements of Joint campaigns
• 1+ years of experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and the Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) enterprise at the CCMD level
• Ability to develop concepts and support documents for client engagements 
• Ability to inform, develop, and support innovative solutions to complex problems that align with the client's strategic objectives 
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

• Experience supporting DoD coordination and staffing processes
• Experience working with strategy documentation in the DoD
• Experience in strategy, change management, strategic communications, and implementation
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including technical editing skills
• Master's degree
• Graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAAS), or the School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
