Casting: 'Hate.'

Casting one lead and 20 extras in a student music video for "Hate." by ThxSoMch based at a wild house party. The story revolves around the drug theme and explores self-destruction in a stylish, almost comedic way. This is a high-energy, stylized production that blends realism and absurdity with a lot of attention to the aesthetics. Grunge tones, saturated party lighting and emotionally distant performance. Production will be shooting on both RED Komodo and vintage camcorders, using Snorricam, dolly shots and dynamic lighting. The music video spilts into the main character's story and lip sync shorts that later combine together. This is not just background work, each extra will be seen on camera and have footage shot on the camcorders. Some will be featured for extended shots and smaller sequences, stylised to highlight their look and energy. There is a production book attached that explains the look we are going for and tells more about the story.
