Better than I expected. We do have occasional crunch weeks, but at least they acknowledge it.

as a dev, I appreciate the up-to-date tools and tech. sometimes priorities shift too often, but the flexibility and autonomy make up for it.

I like my team, but the workload is just… constant. Burnout feels inevitable.

not the worst place I’ve worked, but definitely not great. communication is messy, priorities change daily, and it’s hard to get clarity.
