Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to post-surgical patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient recovery, administer medications, and perform treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians, experienced nurses, and allied health staff.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Washington RN license (or eligible upon hire).
- BLS Certification – American Heart Association (required).
- Less than 12 months of RN experience.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered mindset.
Preferred:
- National certification in a nursing specialty (if applicable).
