In this role, you will work with clients to enhance their ability to perform daily activities and improve their overall quality of life. You will be part of a dynamic environment focused on providing patient-centered care while engaging in collaborative practices and utilizing advanced treatment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions aimed at improving clients' fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and progress tracking.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
- Educate clients and their families on strategies to enhance independence and functioning in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes.
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience working with various populations, especially in outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
