Civil Construction Estimator
We are seeking a Civil Construction Estimator to join our Cleveland, OH team. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for earthwork, utilities, concrete structures, and foundations. Duties include reviewing drawings/specifications, performing takeoffs, analyzing costs, obtaining supplier quotes, and preparing bid proposals.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2+ years’ estimating experience in construction projects up to $5M
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu & HCSS HeavyBid (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
