these guys have big ideas but the execution feels super chaotic. leadership changes direction so fast that dev teams are left firefighting constantly.

Pros: clients are cool and product has potential. Cons: quotas jump fast and managers change goals weekly.

Every promotion feels like a surprise based on office politics, not merit.
