not the worst place I’ve worked, but definitely not great. communication is messy, priorities change daily, and it’s hard to get clarity.

They hire talented people, but retention is low. The revolving door of employees makes it hard to build momentum.

There’s potential here, but feels like the company can’t decide if it wants to grow fast or play it safe.

I get along with my team but the workload changes week to week without warning. Can be stressful.
