leaders would fire folks fast and without explanation. suggestions I made always got brushed aside and felt like management didn’t understand the mission or market at all. worst part is there's zero follow‑through or accountability on decisions.

The pay’s fair and they let me work remote which is nice. But leadership is mostly focused on hitting contract numbers, not employee growth.

Flexibility in schedule and a clear sense of purpose working federal clients is nice. Team is supportive and compensation is decent for the industry. But career path is vague and mgmt could communicate better. Still, overall an okay employer if you're fine with the gov‑contract environment.

There are some smart, mission‑driven people here, and I dig working with clients across DoD. But senior mgmt is inconsistent, so projects shift fast and chaos follows.
