Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.
Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.
Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.
We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 120+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.
Client Implementation Manager
We’re hiring a Client Implementation Manager on our Operations team to build a high-performing team and deliver enterprise implementations. In this role, you will own high-visibility projects end to end, develop talent through clear goals and coaching, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable client impact.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a team of Client Implementation Specialists and Operations Associates. Set clear goals, coach for performance, and foster a collaborative, high-achieving culture.
Implement Arch for large enterprise clients. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client teams to tailor deployments to client objectives.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment on client requirements, product capabilities, and project deliverables. Act as the connective tissue across teams to keep work unblocked and outcomes on track.
Drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and best practices that increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
Build and manage project plans that translate client needs and timelines into clear milestones, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Champion the client's voice. Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional service throughout implementation.
Institutionalize learnings. Convert implementation insights into updated policies, procedures, and playbooks, and document them for future teams.
What we’re looking for
1 - 3+ years of people management experience.
3+ years of proven experience in project management and or software implementation.
A leadership mindset and appetite to shape outcomes in a growing company.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
Experience thriving in high-volume or high-growth environments.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action. You make sound calls and keep momentum.
Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting.
Bonus points if you have:
Familiarity with the alternative investment ecosystem and the mechanics of investing in private equity, hedge funds, or private companies.
Background in private banking, investment management, or a related field.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data.
